WebMay 28, 2024 · From the research I've done so far, it sounds like the Superchips Flashcal ($180 new) and Flashpaq ($500) USED TO be able to adjust the TPMS threshold, but an update a couple years ago changed this to on/off only, and now, adjustability can only be done with their Traildash or Trailcal. Once a tire drops below 25 psi, the dash light will remain on until the tire is inflated to at least 30 psi. Factory pressure settings are 60(Hemi) or 65(Cummins) front & 80 rear with a 20% threshold which means that the warnings (light, sounds & nag screen) will come on at 48(H) or 52(C) front & 64 rear.
