WebHirevue is standard across most big 4 iirc, it’s a recording of yourself answering questions. Read up about firm culture to familiarize yourself with deloitte’s language, relatively straightforward not something that means too much. Proverbial box checking imo. You will have two chances to answer each question and a couple minutes for each chance.
